The students should arrive at the school around fifteen minutes before the call bell is rung.
The School Uniform is to be worn on all school days. A student who is slovenly dressed may be sent home. The students must carry their Identity Card and School Diary failing which they will not be allowed to enter the Class, Laboratory, Library or School Assemblies and Functions. Photograph for the Identity Card should be in the School Uniform only.
At the sound of the first bell, all students should assemble for prayer, after which they should go quietly in an organized line to their respective classes.
During the absence of the teacher the Class Monitor assumes responsibility for the discipline of the Class. Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is strictly prohibited, It is the students responsibility to keep their classroom and the school premises clean and tidy.
During School time, students should move in silence and in order.
Servants who bring lunch are not allowed to wait near the classrooms or in verandahs. They should wait near the gate till the lunch bell rings and then the students themselves should go and fetch their lunch.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers or any other reprehensible behaviour may entail dismissal from the school. Students are accountable to the school authorities for their conduct both in an outside the school.
Every student must take part in School games and other activities unless declared physically unfit or exempted by the principal.
No collection for any purpose whatsoever shall be made in the school without the prior permission of the Principal. The institution does not accept responsibility for accidents or/ and loss of items or valuables etc. although proper care is taken to prevent such losses. The school will not be liable for any damages/charges on account of fatal injuries, which may be sustained by the student at any time during their stay in the school, while taking part in studies, sports and extra-curricular, or any other form of activities of the school, within or outside the school premises. All expenses that may be incurred in the treatment of such injuries will be borne by the parent/guardian only. Care must be taken of all school property and no student should scratch or spoil the desk or chair or damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damages belongings of others. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher or the principal. Any damage done will be made good by the concerned student(s) together with a fine imposed on him/them for such an offence, such offences may entail expulsion from the school also.
Cycles, Scooters, Motorcycles, Mopeds and all two-wheelers etc. must be locked and kept at the stand only, for which a nominal fee is to be paid. Students keeping their vehicles unlocked will be fined and the school will not be responsible if they are lost. No vehicles will be allowed for parking without payment of fees in advance
Students are not allowed to use the School telephone without permission.
No extra books, newspapers or periodicals may be brought to School without the permission of the Principal.
Students who come to the school in the care of servants should never leave before the servant arrives. In case of delay, they should report to the school Office.
Those who go home alone should not loiter about on the way but be prompt in returning straight home. Students are warned not to buy anything, especially eatables from street vendors
Those students who go home on their own by public buses should wait at their bus stands in an orderly fashion and should not board on or alight from moving buses. They should not hang or stand on the foot-board of the bus, auto rickshaw or cycle rickshaw. Bursting crackers or splashing colours in school premises is strictly forbidden. Non-compliance of these instructions can result in expulsion from the school.
The school reserves the right to dismiss students whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to School or whose guardians show little interest in the progress of their wards. Immorality, grave insubordination, contempt of authority or wilful damages to School property is always a sufficient reason for immediate expulsion.
Students should behave in a gentle manner wherever they go. Students should remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet their seniors, teachers and elders whenever they meet them.
Expulsion From School
A Student may be expelled from the school on the following grounds:
If fees and other dues are not paid after issue of one reminder in the school diary of the child, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls.
If the conduct, behaviour or influence of a student is detrimental to the general discipline or interest of the school, the principal may order his/her first withdrawal for three days, second withdrawal for seven days and third permanent withdrawal.
Parents wishing to withdraw their child have to submit written application at least one month in advance before the end of the session. In case of Mid-term withdrawal full year fees will be charged before issue of transfer certificate except in transfer cases or shifting of family:
If a student is found medically unfit and is a health hazard to another student.
Come up to the academic standard of his/her class and when detention in the same class would make the student too old for his/her class.
If a student does not comply with the rules and regulations of CBSE.
Aggressive behaviour, Sexist, racist or other behaviour, which is offensive to others,
Disruptive behaviour in the classroom; Malicious damage to school property;
Theft of, or damage to, the property of other members of the school community;
Verbal, psychological or physical abuse by another individual, which includes the use of technology such as SMS and the internet;
Possession of alcohol, tobacco, drugs or pornography, mobile, knife or arms material in the pocket or school bag in the school campus or in a Boarding House.
