School Timings

Summer and Winter: 8.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M.

Reports

There will be no formal examination for children up-to class 3. Children will be assessed on the basis of class tests. The reports will be sent to the parents at the end of each term.

Academic Terms

The academic year shall be from April to March. It is divided into three terms:

  1. First Term: April to August (Summer vacation from Mid May to June)
  2. Second Term: September to November.
  3. Third Term: December to March.

During the year, the school will organize educational trips, sight-seeing tours etc.

Working Days

A minimum of 225 academic days will be programmed in an academic year for proper teaching, revision, evaluation and various planned school activities. Teaching work will remain suspended on Sundays & National Holidays.

Library

The school library, with its wide choice of books and periodicals nourishes the child's love of learning. Students are encouraged to spend most of the spare time in the library and enrich their knowledge. It will also serve as a resource library to the teaching staff.

Music And Dance Departments

The Music and Dance Department in the school proposes to have Indian Vocal and instrumental music and dance. The basics of Indian classical and light music shall be taught to impart knowledge of our rich cultural heritage in the field. Children shall be given the choice to learn instruments like harmonium, tabla, sitar, violin etc.

Bus Facility

  1. The school conveyance facilities will be provided to the child at the request of the parents for the whole academic year. No mid-term withdrawal will be allowed.
  2. The conveyance facilities arranged by the school will be charged for the whole academic session (including summer and winter vacation) irrespective of the fact, that the child has used it partially or for one day or the whole year.
  3. The Conveyance operator as per administrative convenience will decide the conveyance stops.
  4. Parents will be responsible to bring their ward up to stoppage point well in time for going to school and will collect the child on return, from the same point.
  5. The school will not take the responsibility for any risk or mishap if it takes place on account of Natural Calamity or for any reason beyond human control,
  6. Parents will clear the fees/dues well in time, failing which conveyance facilities may be withdrawn for the child. No reminder will be sent to the parents regarding this.
  7. Conveyance facility may be discontinued/withdrawn by the school authorities for uneconomic routes to which parents will have no claim or objection.
  8. The child may lose the Bus facility in case any complaint is received about his indiscipline/ misbehaviours/misconduct or damage to the Bus reported against the child.
